This place is unswerving to the memory of Fred Caruolo, sometime primary of Byram Elevation High School, Armonk, New York, who died, by suicide, spell he was main. At the time, the Arts school Sheet members had settled that the principals were too kind in their evaluationsability of teachers. They craved to see straightforward, honest, hard-nosed evaluations, specially of second-rate teachers, not the unassertive evaluationsability that they same they had been nearly new to feat. Once Fred followed their directions, all hellhole stone-broke saggy. The teachers banded both in opposition him. The teachers correspondence insisted in sitting in on whichever evaluationsability. Fred's effect was not to touch deadlines for his evaluationsability. Weeks went by, and unmoving he didn't swerve them in. Then, one day, he drawn his garage doors and revolved on his automobile's motorial.
All of us principals knew what had killed him. However, we were too browbeaten to articulate up. The wisest of us ignored the School Board's directionsability and unceasing to pile eulogize on the teachers, even the poverty-stricken ones. Solitary now am I relating you this, more than twenty years after havingability port that academy policy. Fred's wife sued, claimingability "wrongful death," but I don't know what the effect was.
